🔄 Speedx Gear Return & Refund Policy 

We want you to love your gear. But if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Simple, fair, and fast—just how we like it.


Cancellation Policy:

Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours

✅ Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • After delivery return is not accepted (without any solid reason). 
  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Method: By mail

  • Return fee: Fees must be covered by customer

  • Restocking Fee: None

  • Refund Processing Time: 10–14 business days after return approval

Want to swap sizes or styles?
Just return the original item, return fees must be covered by customer and once accepted, place a new order. That’s the fastest way to get what you want.


⚠️ Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@speedxgear.com.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right—no stress, no hassle.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items can’t be returned or refunded:

  • Import duties, custom fees and taxes ( In these conditions items are not return or refundable )
  • Delays or issues caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions
  • Customized or made-to-order gears
  • Sales or clearance items
  • Gift cards

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Custom items are excluded


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Heads up: Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
